At Leap Kitty, we strive to make sure customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Kindly note that we typically require an average of 1-3 working days to fulfill and process your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are making every effort to expedite the delivery of your order as promptly as possible. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days, depending on your country or region. Please take into consideration that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

For items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered:

If your order includes items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered, we will promptly ship any available items and dispatch the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. Therefore, if you receive only a portion of your order initially, rest assured that the remaining items will follow shortly.

Tracking your order:

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a mobile phone number was provided) containing a tracking ID and a link to monitor the progress of your package. To track your package, please visit our Tracking Page. Allow 1-3 working days for the tracking information to become visible.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Although we strive to expedite processing and shipping, there is a limited window for correcting an inaccurate shipping address. Returns:

Upon placing an order with Leap Kitty, the buyer assumes responsibility for the return shipping costs to Leap Kitty. For detailed instructions on making a return, please refer to our Refund Policy.
