Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

Returns Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

 

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the refund posting. Sale Items

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the return value. For gifts without the "gift" designation, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
